Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy.

Key Guidelines:

  1. Order Modification and Cancellation:

    • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
    • Beyond 24 hours, modifications and cancellations are not possible. Please contact us promptly if you need to make changes.
  2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    • Accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Handling Charges: A nominal handling charge of ₹150 applies for processing returns and exchanges.

  4. Sale Products: Items purchased during sales or at special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
    • We strongly encourage recording a video while unboxing the shipment as proof for claims.
  6. Refunds:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back as store credits within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
    • COD Orders: A Razorpay link will be shared to collect your bank details for the refund.
  7. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are processed within 10-12 days from the pickup date.
    • A product can only be exchanged once.
